MEET THE S.A.F.E. INSPECTION SERVICES TEAM

Scott Feeser began his home inspection career in 1996. He has been certified
through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) since then and added
his InterNACHI certification in 2013. He is also certified by the PA Department
of Agriculture to perform wood destroying insect inspections and the PA
Department of Environmental Protection for radon testing. Scott takes pride in
using his experience from over 10,000 home inspections to educate his clients
as they make one of the largest investments in their lifetime. Although born
and raised in Hanover, Scott has resided in Adams County for over 20 years.

Josh Feeser grew up in the East Berlin, PA area and has been a part of the
S.A.F.E. Inspection team since October '18. He is a graduate of West Virginia
University, class of '14, along with his wife, Paige Feeser. They now reside in
the East Berlin area with their 1-year-old, Jack and their golden retriever, Hank.
He is a certified InterNachi Home Inspector and while not in the field
conducting inspections, he is out creating new relationships, driving exposure
for business, and continually progressing the software/inspection platforms in
which S.A.F.E. schedules, writes reports and delivers inspection findings.
Providing our clients home & environmental inspections as if they were our
own investment is a standard for Josh and the S.A.F.E. Inspection team.

Jeremy brought his residential construction experience and HVAC
background to S.A.F.E. in 2014. An eye for detail, in combination with
experience in various trades, as well as thousands of successful home
inspections consistently results in a thorough yet efficient inspection
experience.
Any important items are prioritized in the inspection report, which also
includes useful recommendations and information based on observations,
experience, and knowledge from the field.

Originally trained in law office administration, Tami has used her experience to
keep the S.A.F.E. office running smoothly since its beginning in 2013. Tami
calls Adams County home and nowadays you're likely to find her enjoying her
grandchildren when she's not in the office.
